phpdev.in is the home of an independent studio from India. It is the parent brand behind NeoKit, Fluent14 and every product we launch next.
The story
From one developer's side projects to an ecosystem.
phpdev.in started as the personal corner of a PHP developer — a place for experiments and client work. Over time, a pattern kept repeating: friends and family struggling with things that should take seconds. Resizing a photo to exactly 20 KB for an exam form. Working out in-hand salary. Making a GST invoice. Speaking English in an interview without freezing. And, from years of building websites, explaining to a client why their site had stopped showing up on Google.
Most tools for these jobs were slow, full of ads, asked for an account, or quietly uploaded personal files to someone else's server. So we started building our own — one focused product at a time.
Today phpdev.in is the parent brand of that work. Each product lives on its own website, but they all follow the same rules: work fast on any phone, do as much as possible on your device, be free to start, and be honest about what happens to your data.
How we work
Our rules.
- One job, done well. Each tool solves one problem. No feature bloat, no dashboards you didn't ask for.
- Your data stays yours. We collect the minimum, explain it in plain language, and make deletion easy. We don't sell personal data — ever.
- No dark patterns. No fake countdowns, no hidden charges, no tricks to make you click "accept".
- Built for real conditions. Budget Android phones, slow networks, small screens and Hindi-first users.
- Legal pages first. Privacy and terms are written before a product launches, following Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- Open about money. Products are free to start. If we ever add ads or a paid plan, we will say so clearly and update our policies first.
