1. Cookies
phpdev.in does not set any cookies — no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no social-media cookies. We don't load scripts, fonts or images from other companies, so no third party can set cookies through our pages either.
Our hosting/CDN provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie in rare cases (for example, to block a bot attack). These cookies contain no personal profile and are not used for tracking.
2. Local storage
If you press the light/dark button, your browser stores one value on your own device:

This value is never sent to us or anyone else.
3. Why there is no consent banner
Consent banners are needed when a site processes personal data on the basis of consent — for example, for analytics or ads. phpdev.in does neither, so a banner would only get in your way. If we ever add anything that needs your consent, we will ask first, with “Accept” and “Reject” given equal weight, as required by the DPDP Act, 2023 and the Guidelines for Prevention and Regulation of Dark Patterns, 2023.
4. Your control
You can delete the stored theme at any time by clearing site data for phpdev.in in your browser settings. The site works the same either way. Questions? privacy@phpdev.in.
